When should Villagio be painted?

As you can see the elan has begun to paint their entire complex. The Fountains at the end of the block re-did their siding last year.
What is your opinion?

based on our budget and priorities it looks like we will paint the buildings next year. Nothing is definite yet, but we will begin the evaluation process. Based on initial discussions and homeowner feedback we would likely change the color(s) also.
