Who is monitoring the forum and interfacing with Peachtree

Since Tom is no longer a Board member it appears that no one on the Board is monitoring the forum and interfacing with Peachtree. Tom was very proactive in responding to posts and seeing that Peachtree took appropriate action. Someone on the Board needs to take over this responsibility or seek an Association member to carry out this important function. Case in point is that a discarded sofa has been sitting by the refuse area at the end of Navaro Way since Monday afternoon. It was not picked up on yesterday by the refuse company. Peachtree was notified and no action has been taken. The sofa needs to be removed and the tenant or the owner of Unit 121 in Building 460 has to pay all removal costs and not the Association.
