PeachTree Maintenance Failure

My unit has had its garage lightbulb out for over a month. I have reported this to maintenance and all I get in response was that there were some electrical issues last month and your light bulb will be change soon. That was 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting for a new light bulb.

I am paying my fair share of HOA fees and I am alway on time so why am I getting a round around for maintenance service for just one light bulb?
Is anyone aware the lousy service the maintenance crew is giving. I would walk around the complex I would literally see window screens that are not replaced from the last window washing and have just been thrown to to the side.

Has anyone been auditing this crew?

What is your building and unit number?

Where are these window screens that you mention?

Peachtree Maintenance Failure

In my walks around the complex there are several places with screens on the ground. Notably there are some along units that face the walkway between Villagio and Galleria. Shouldn't Peachtree be responsible to see that maintenance jobs are completed? Not sure if ATD was involved in the last window washing but they could easily do a survey and the costs of the survey charged to Peachtree for not doing their job.

If you walk around at night building 445 unit 11 and the hallway's are dark. I just emailed peach tree again and the admin assistant insist that there is something wrong with the light bulb or the light bulb has been stolen. Well, the light bulbs are there. I think there is something wrong with the electrical outlet. I don't understand why maintenance only checks the light bulb once a month. It already towards the end of November and I have filed my case to Peach tree last October. I know that all the lights went out in building 445 on Mid October so why is it just my unit has not been fixed?

I'll bring up both issues to Peachtree tomorrow.

Should Peachtree be following up on work done - yes. Do they? No. Just one of the reasons I want to change companies.

I'm in the meeting Peachtree. What unit number is it? 111, 110, 211?

I have a broken window screen (unit 430-108). This one of the screens that you saw between Villagio and Galleria. It got broken during the roof work when large amount of leaves and other tree material came down.

It's my understanding that the HOA/Peachtree are not responsible for the screens, each owner is.

Just for your FYI,

ATD did NOT do you wndow cleaning this past year. If we had, we never would
Have left broken screens. Michael went out of his way to get screens replaced
When we did your windows.

We are available to do windows this year if you would like us to take care of everything
Left behind from last year. We will gladly take care of everything for you.

Also, we do night time light runs and replace all lights durring inspection.

We can change light bulbs while we are on site. :-)
