Parking concerns and reporting violators

Hi,

Please post your questions about parking and/or post information about parking violators. I will do my best to follow up on each report. Feel free to post pictures.

Over the past 3 months I have observed a silver suv being stored in the courtyard of 445 . The suv was ticketed by the HOA a few weeks ago disappeared for a few days and is now back in the original spot for a week now.

I just came back from vacation. I'll check out the courtyard tomorrow and issue a summons.

I hate to be a pest but any update on the SUV parked in the 445 milan courtyard. Friday makes 14 days parked without previously the suv was parked for 3 months without moving. Does the car even belong to a resident?

I'm sorry, it slipped my mind. I'll stop by tomorrow and issue the summons. We'll need to wait 72 hours before I can call the towing company.

I placed a summons on the truck on Friday. I checked today and the slip was taken off but the truck was still parked in the same spot. I placed a second summons today with a warning that the truck will be towed on Monday if not moved away.

Is there a 24/7 HOA contact number to accelerate calling a tow truck for blatant problems like garage or complex entryways being blocked?

It seems Compass's emergency line is more for property damage related problems.
