Home warranty plan recommendation?

Hello Villagio residents,
I was wondering if anybody is under home warranty plan, and has any recommendation?
The house is getting old and I've thinking about getting a warranty plan, but I'm not so sure about this unique heating/cooling system; I don't want to get trapped in case they withdraw their service due to lack of knowledge on this system.
I'd appreciate if any Villagio residents who've been using their warranty plan without too much problem can share the experience.
