awful smell around 430/440 garbage area

I live in the 430 complex and starting this weekend there is a very bad smell, looks like fish waste, coming from the 430/440 garbage area. I had a hope it would better after the trash pickup from today but unfortunately it got worse. What is the process for getting this cleaned up?

So I stopped by a few minutes ago and I didn't smell any fish like scent by the garbage area but driving away and about 30 feet away I did smell something that resembled fish. Not sure where it's coming from.

Any anyone else smell it? Any idea where it's coming from?

I just went there to drop trash. The stench is tooooo much. i felt like vomiting there. something is dead there is my guess. can this be addressed. That stench starts from close to trash/garbage and is unbearable.

went out for a walk, it stinks. not sure if its the drain or the garbage. regardless, it stinks and should be addressed. don't want to have germs floating around if something's dead!!

I've requested Peachtree to send someone out to try and find out the source and try to eliminate it.

Do keep us posted about what the stink was all about. Hopefully it was not someone dumping stuff down the drains!!

The dumpsters just got emptied and the smell is still there. It's really bad and now there are lots of flys around the dumpster.
Can we get some action here? This is going to turning into a health/bio hazard.

Peachtree sent the request to ATD. So its in the vendors hand to find the source and take care of it. I'll see if I can get an update.

A few days ago it was really bad and I saw 'waste water' running out of the container over the street. I checked the first container and it contained a lot of leaves and other garden material. Is that even allowed?

Anyway it is really bad and I have to keep my little kids inside, I don't want to play outside with this smell around.

I have an update.

ATD washed the enclosure but the smell is still there. They have contacted the garbage vendor to remove the bin and replace it with a new one but the Green Team told them that they do not replace bins because of odors. We have escalated it within the green team.

We could use some homeowners contacting them and submitting a complaint. We need to get their attention.

I stopped by the dumpster and it's definitely better, the smell is only noticeable when you open up the bin. If we don't get an answer from the Green Team by tomorrow afternoon, I'll buy something to spray in the inside to mask the smell. I doubt it will get rid of it but perhaps it will help.

Find it hard to imagine what was dumped into the dumpster that could cause such a sustained prolonged stink?? Seems hard to imagine that ordinary trash would have such a sustained smell. Not sure I can comprehend what the source is, seems weird!
