What happens after the decks

After the decks are completed the plan is to paint the buildings. We are looking into starting the process earlier than initially thought. We will paint small sections of the proposed colors for homeowners to review and give their feedback on. One color scheme will be close to the current one but with some minor tweaks to bring it up to date, the second will be earth tones which seem to be popular now.
