One of my neighbors has left their car sit in the courtyard for now 2 months without moving it. The plates also expired in November of 2010. I believe it belongs to the people who live in #202, and I have not seen them in 2 months too. Can the HOA do anything to tow it away. Its a black Toyota Camry #4PGS834.
