Help... Water Leak in my Shower Questions...

Hello All,

Can someone confirm a few questions from me.

My shower is leaking into the unit below me, can I assume that the HOA is NOT responsible for this?
&
Can someone recommend a good plumber?

I was hoping someone else would answer your question so you wouldn't have to take my word for it. Keep in mind the CC&R's are the official rules and should state what is and what isn't covered by the HOA.

That being said, my understanding is that each one of us is responsible for leaks and damages caused by our fixtures, appliances, etc.
