Light Run Maintenance

I thought we are suppose to report any lights that are out to Compass Management and they will compile a list so that the light bulbs will be change at the end of the month. I sent in my request to change my light bulb in my front porch last April 15. ...And it is now May 12 so far there has been no activity from the Lighting company or response from Compass Manager. PK Hsu. So what is going on??? I could just change the lightbulb myself but I am paying for maintenance.
