Construction nails and screws

Hi, wondering if anyone else has been having a problem with screws or nails in their tires from all the construction around us? First one I got I had to get a new tire because it was too close to the sidewall. The latest looks to be in a pluggable spot but is in the newest tire!!!! Is there anything we can do to get the streets cleaner or is it all just part of the growing pains?
