Building 460 Lights and Parking Violation

Building 460 courtyard lights are not all turning on at the same time. A BMW with two nearly flat tires has been parked in the courtyard in the same spot for well over a month. Peachtree has been contacted on both issues but nothing has been done.

I sent an email to Peachtree copying the board. Hopefully they will still take my concerns seriously enough to take action.

Sure hope we have members of the board paying attention to this forum. Very rarely see any posts from the other members. Tom, you have done and are doing a fantastic job!!!!! I suggested it before and will suggest it again: all board members should take their turn monitoring this forum and interface with Peachtree to resolve problems. Peachtree's performance is terrible and it is time for them to either assign a new manager or we get another company.

The lighting vendor has a work order to diagnosis the problem and will hopefully solve it.

The towing company has been called to tow the car. We will see if it actually gets towed.

Thanks Tom. It appears that it is a "timer" issue as some of the lights go on after dusk but the rest of the courtyard much later. The car is gone!.
