Villagio is open
It's 8:05pm and the surface is dry according to the vendor and the complex is open to vehicles. [center]

Glad to here that; thanks Tom. Due to the extensive damage caused by that one wreckless individual in the community, do you know if were are to expect closures for an attempt to repair tomorrow and must park on the street again tomorrow night? I would like to plan accordingly (again) as soon as possible.

Re: Villagio is open
Hi,
I'm not expecting any complete closures. Depending on what the vendor tells us tomorrow, they may need to block off small sections in order to make repairs.
Have a good night.

Re: Villagio is open
As some of you already know we had one resident drive over the tarmac before it dried but it appears there was at least one other driver who decided that the tape at the front of the complex didn't apply to them. We need to sort out who caused what damage and whether it requires further work.
Walking around today, I see more spots where the tarmac is damaged that wasn't there yesterday, so I'm questioning whether the tarmac fully cured before they let us back on the property.
