Mailbox problem? Building 410

has anyone seen this?? (other than the people at building 410?) Not sure which neighbor's mailbox; the top one is wide open (the mail was still in there -- but the thing has been jar open for a few days now.
the bottom one has a key in it -- the lock is broken off. Was this caused by thieves/prank or user mistake? I'm asking because initially, it was just the top one, then 1 - 2 days later, the bottom (broken) one was opened too. postal deliverer seems to ignore this.

Seems very odd to me. Could you please report this to the management company?

sure, will do. BTW: as of today 2/10/2011, the top box is now closed, the bottom ... it's also closed but the lock still looks broken with a key stuck in it.
