Anyone replaced a window yet?

Wondering if anyone has had to replace a broken window and if so what vendor did you use? Also, was it a replacement or new construction? Did you just get it fixed or is this a matter HOA needs to be involved in?

Do you mean screen? If so, I did the measurement for window in the living room and the screen door to the balcony and then brought it to Home Depot. It turned out the screen for the window was perfect, but not for the door.

I have a window where the frame around the glass is split and the mechanism spring to raise the window no longer works. As for the screens, that's interesting about the size. I do have a couple that need repair. Was also wondering if some were too small as I can see a gap to the outside.
