Who is good to call for refrigerator repair?

Hey all,
Im having a issue with my fridge not getting very cold. The freezer is fine tho. I think it might have to do with some frost buildup in the back of the freezer but I dont know how to go about cleaning the ice out..Has anyone else had to deal with something like this? Can anyone recommend a repair person to take care of it? Jamie
