Does anyone have a plumber they can refer who has a hydronic water heater? I tried our manager, Michael Allen, at Common Interest, but he did not have one.

Thank you. I was able to contact two other plumbers this morning that I found in other posts - Bondreau and Better Water Heaters. They are both very familiar with our complex as well and have very reasonable pricing to replace the unit.

For anyone who is interested, i used Just Water Heaters (800-835-5946) to replace my old Apollo water heater. They were very professional and gave the best estimate, $1900 for installation, labor, parts and haul away the old unit. They replaced it with a Bradford water heater which comes with a 6 year warranty on the tank and 1 year on the labor. Alex did the work and he was great! I highly recommend them.

Just an FYI for people.  I had mine crap out on me last year and Water Heaters Only came by to replace it.  Same price as mentioned previously - $1900.  The guy who did the service was super nice and efficient.  It just sucks that they had to install such expensive and unique water heaters throughout this complex.  Mine also came with a 6 yr warranty.  50 gal.

Just Water Heaters is out of business.  Water Heaters Only and Better Water Heaters now quotes $2200 plus(everything included) for the same jobs they did previously for $1900. There are licensed plumbers and other water heater installers that still do the job for $1800-$1900.
