Using Screen to cover Deck for Privacy

Is this allowed? Can we cover the patio railings with tarp/straw mats/other to gain more privacy when using our decks? If yes, are there any restrictions as to what materials can be used, and how high can we go?

I received a response from Peachtree. Apparently, you would need to submit a proposal to Peachtree for approval by the board before installing it.

it might be a little more expensive but you would prob be better off buying some fake trees and lining the back porch with them. they can be bought cheaply from craigslist..
