SPA STILL NOT HEATED

The large spa on Milan is still not heated! I called A&B Pools this morning and was told that the heater needs the printed circuit board replaced for a total cost of $557 (parts and labor). Why are we waiting for a Board meeting to have this repair approved?
A&B was highly regarded when they took over the service for the pool, spas, and ponds. They have been in business since 1984 and on their website their are testimonials including one from a recent Board member: “A&B’s quality of work is considerably better than our previous vendor. I’m very glad we made the switch to A&B. Thanks to A&B, there’s been a noticeable improvement in the water quality in our fountains and pools. They are much better in their communication and attention to detail than our previous vendors.” Tom D. of Villagio HOA Commercial Weekly Service since March 2009.
AGAIN, WHY ARE WAITING FOR A BOARD MEETING TO HAVE THIS REPAIR APPROVED!!!!!!!!
