Utility Closets

I just had comcast here and the guy wasn't able to find the outlet for my unit (410 Milan #201). He was saying that in the Utility closet (the one in the courtyard) that he had access to only seemed to have the hook ups for only one half of the building and he thinks the other half might be in a different closet. Does anyone know if we have only one utility closet per building for this, or are there multiple?

I had comcast before so I know it had worked in the past. I'm currently on u-verse and want to switch back to comcast.

FYI - I emailed Tony and found out that we have 2 utility closets per building. Apparently, the one that was locked (back of the building) is for cable. Thanks!
