Custom Screens - Need new screens?

We have been asked a few times about the screens.

It is true that your screens are not a common size and need custom ordering. Michael works with a local screening business when he replaces them.

I will have Michael talk to the screening company and see if we can work out a bulk bid for a cheaper price.

But I am sure Peachtree would have to be notified if the HOA will pay, or if the residents want to just work with us, we can bill you directly. I will get approval from Michael to do this.

Could we start with a list of people who are interested?

I am interested! Michael had my screen repaired a couple of years ago but I think it may be now need replacement instead of repair. I would like a quality or heavy duty screen door, ideally with a locking mechanism. I don't believe replacement is paid by the HOA and would like to see owners get a group discount since they are custom and not a standard size. The screen should have "everlasting" wheels or wheels that can easily be replaced (and easy to adjust).

I'm in too. I need a screen door replacement and a repair for the one in the kitchen. Thanks.

Custom screens for windows and doors made on the spot on the cheap. Several residents have already used them.

I would also be intrested in replacing my patio screen door.
