Hi

I live in bldg 430 unit 116. My balcony faces the road (navaro way). I have been noticing a lot of noise in my balcony area. when i came out to check, i see that the Green garbage container has been moved from the garbage area and placed right below my balcony. People dumping things in it. This is causing a lot of noise and inconvenience for us who live there. Can this be attended to immediately. Can we also ensure that this does not happen again.
