On Milan Dr, across from Bldg 445's courtyard entry: a ca. 2 ft. diameter depression is forming in the asphalt near the manhole. The substratum is definitely eroding and the depression center looks to be a few inches below level.

Okay .... I mis-remembered the location .... it's the next manhole about 30 ft. from the 445 courtyard entry.
