Clearing out pots and planters from our common area
Now that the balconies in the 475 Milan courtyard have been completed, since last Monday, please advise the owner of unit #102 that all of the pots and planters she was allowed to stash in our common area and on top of the bushes need to be removed. This eyesore has been there long enough and there is no longer an excuse to leave it there any longer. Allowing people to ignore the CC & R rules is not a good precedent to get into.
Thanks

Re: Clearing out pots and planters from our common area
I'm not in building 475 but one of our neighbors has placed a few pots in the common area and it actually looks nice. Some of the plants by the fountains are dead so its a nice addition.

Common areas are not for storage
The empty pots and dirt filled wooden and plastic planters in the 475 courtyard do not have any plants in them. They are stashed by the dozens on top of the existing courtyad plants and bushes, crushing them. The balcony is done now so the owner has been sent a letter by Peachtree to remove this "debris" as it is not only an eyesore but against the CC&Rs to store personal junk in the common areas. It definately is not adding a nice look but looks like a garbage dump.
