Any Chance of the Rain Gutters Being Cleaned?
Just wondering if anyone knew if there was a possibility of having the rain gutters cleaned out prior to having the builidings painted. It seems like many of the gutters are clogged or on the brink of becoming clogged. This job is a messy one and it would be better to have it done prior to the buildings being painted. Also, the one that runs above my balcony at 435 Milan has a corroded hole in it and it leaks onto the balcony surface (could cause issue with damage to the new finishing).
Just a thought...

I do not believe that gutter cleaning is on our radar screen at this point. They were cleaned prior to the install of the gutter shield which is supposed to eliminate the need to clean the gutters. If the gutter near you is damaged or rusted and requires attention please PM me your unit number so I can pass it on to Peachtree and have the vendor come out and repair it.

From my upstairs unit in 445 I can see that many of the uppermost gutters on the surrounding buildings are not covered with a gutter shield and are full of pine needles. I sent in a maintenance request to PeachTree via the website regarding this a year ago, but nothing came of it. The gutter shields were only installed on the lower gutters.

Hi Chris,
When you say uppermost, do you mean the gutters on the 3rd floor or on the roof? I live on the 3rd floor and my gutters are shielded. I could be wrong but I was under the impression that the vendor covered all the gutters.
Please confirm, perhaps take a picture and post it? So I can forward the link to Peachtree.
thanks,
Tom
