Has any neighbor replaced their windows in 2017/2018?

Hi All,

My unit windows are getting old, can't stay opened and derailed. I talked with HOA and they told me as long as I fallow the windows replacement guide lines, everything is fine. They also very nice shared 2 contractors info. Unfortunately, one contractor is no longer working due to illness, another one left message and no return. Any neighbor has replaced their windows, please share the experience. I really appreciate it.
