New Light Run Company - No Show
I have submitted my request to change my lights in my unit last April 15, 2014 so far it has been left neglected. Someone took the light bulb from my front porch but has not been replaced. All the reply I get from the Compass management group is "I will forward your concerns to the manager". This was 15 days ago.
The community manager is very slow to respond and what exactly is going with the new light company???

The new company is the company that does the janitorial.
We are having issues with lights being stolen, please send me your address so I can check the roster and get to your location by Thursday to replace your light.
