EPIC Apt. Sat Construction - violates permits

Below is note from Common Interest.  Essex/Epic  wants to extend construction to Sat.  They are currently violating the permits  and have crews working Sat. so it will only get worse.  P
Villagio at River Oaks Residents,
It has come to Management's attention that the Essex/Epic apartment project adjacent to Villagio at River Oaks is asking the City of San Jose to amend their permit to allow them to work on weekends. The amendment will allow construciton to take place on Saturdays from 9am to 5pm. If this permit amendment is passed the Essex/Epic construciton project will be able to create the same amount of noise, debris, and traffic conjestion that they currently do Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm.
The City Planning Department will be meeting on this subject next Weddnesday, June 26^th, 2013 at 9am. The meeting venue and time is listed below. A few members of the Villagio at River Oaks community plan on attending the meeting and ecourage any residents that feel all day Saturday construction is not in the best interest of the Assocaiton to attend. If you cannot attend the meeting you will also find the point person for the permit deaprtment with the City's email address below. Regardless of whether or not you are in favor ofSaturday construciton the way to voice you opinion on this matter is by attending the meeting or emailing Patrick Kelley with the City of San Jose.
