!@#&## Speeders

I am totally fed up with the "idiot" speeders in the complex. This morning a red Nissan 380Z came out of building 470 and sped down Navaro. This car habitually speeds through the complex. There are several other residents in Building 470 who drive their vehicles (including a red motorcycle) excessively fast. There are numerous residents who speed through the complex and there have been near miss accidents involving people, pets, and vehicles leaving the courtyards.

Any resident who is identified as a "speeder" needs to be fined or have their vehicle "banned" from the complex.

Trebor.....I know who you are referring to. This red Nissan speeder lives just across from our place. Speeders like him are very inconsiderate to other residents, cars, and pesdestrians walking alongside. I will try to report this particular red Nissan speeder to HOA, hoping they will take some action, at least to send him a warning notice.

Thanks Stuttgart! Please identify him to the HOA. He did it again today. As he sped from building 470 I waved him down and blocked his path. I was prepared to tell as calmly as I could not to speed but he rolled his window down and complained about me stopping him. That pissed me off and I yelled at him. He claimed he was doing 5-10 mph and it was more like accelerating up to 20 mph in a very short distance and then slowing down and stopping. I was so upset I forgot to take his license plate.

So far no one from the Board has commented and it is doubtful that they will as the forum is not really monitored consistently the way it used to be since Tom (Admin) moved and is no longer a Board member.

Sorry to hear that Trebor! I don't have his license plate number, but I do have his apartment number, which I think that's all the information I need to submit a complaint to HOA.
