Furniture and large items thrown in dumpster - costs Empty Furniture and large items thrown in dumpster - costs

Residents in Unit 121 Building 460 filled up the dumpster (at the end of Navaro near RiverOaks) with furniture and large items. If the Association is charged additional fees to haul this junk away the responsible residents should be charged. If they are renters and have moved then the owner of the unit should pay the additional fees.

Are you referring to the big sofa that was dumped at the dumpster next to Building 470 (at the end of Navaro Way)? If so, garbage truck already came today but as of now the sofa is still leaving here at the end of Navaro Way. If this sofa really belongs to Building 460, #121 then I guess we should contact Peachtree and have them send a bill directly to this unit for the clean up cost.

Furniture and large items thrown in dumpster - costs Empty Sofa still there

Sofa is still there. Peachtree was notified by several residents and no action taken. The former resident of Unit 121 Building 460 needs to pay the removal fee and should be fined. If the former resident cannot be found then the owner of Unit 121 should be responsible for all fees and fines.

I think Peachtree needs to be more responsive to situation like this, especially when several residents have already reported this issue. Unfortunately as of this date no action has been taken and the sofa is still sitting next to the dumpster.
