What happened to the Trees?

Hello All,

All of the trees in the courtyard of the 475 building have all been cut down! What is going on? Shouldn't the Board have told the residents that this was going to happen and why it needed to happen?

I hope new trees will be planted soon.

One of the four trees fell down and at least two of the others were 1/2 dead and damaged so all four were removed. I hate to see trees cut down but these were unhealthy. They were a horrible choice to start with as they looked great when they bloomed but they were extremely messy and dormant in winter. Hopefully we will get new trees that require less maintenance and ideally do not loose their leaves in winter. It would be nice to have the accent lights working again and get some beauty back to the courtyard.

It would have been nice for residents to have been notified so that cars could have been moved in advance of the three remaining trees to being cut down.

Hopefully one of the board members who frequents this forum can confirm if new trees will be put in.

Yes, new trees will be planted and the accent light fixed. The Board did a walk thru about 2 months ago with Petalon and decided to replace the trees in the courtyard of 475 Milan. They were pretty bad looking.
