Do you see the guy digging inside the dumpster?

Should we have to worry about this issue?

should we worry about this issue when this guy sitting in our kitchen digging food from our fridge?!

Your commend is valuable to all of us in the village!

It's an annoyance at best and a potential security risk if he's fishing for peoples personal information (identity theft). I don't think we can do much in terms of locking up the dumpsters. Signs won't deter these guys. Witnesses if they feel secure enough should ask these guys to leave.

I have confronted this guy several times. He always leaves when I tell him too. I have even threatened to call the police but he still keeps coming back.
