window washing

Did HOA sent out the notice about window cleaning this week ? ( Starting April -1 )

Not that I am aware of. It wasn't mentioned in last weeks meeting.

Then , that is very strange !! I saw them clean window on April -1 around 10:30 in building 410 . They did not finished , and most of neighbor did not close their window.

I want to make sure that this is not an abnormal activity going on here. I didn't catch their company name, I notice that they wore orange uniform/shirt.
