where can i get a copy of our HOA insurance
Folks,
Need help to find out where can i get a copy (electronic) of our HOA insurance. I tried calling peachtree and have left a message. But i also remember talking to the insurance agent once. Is there a way to obtain this faster. Do we need to pay for obtaining this info ( i do not want to but i have heard that thsi was the case before, i might be wrong).
thanks in advance for the help.

We are working on refinancing and our broker called Villagio HOA to get the insurance policy. Unfortunately we got charged with bloody 140 earth dollars by HOA.

Oooops, Tom's right. It's charged by Peachtree, not HOA

Try "2010 Budget Rules, Guidelines and Disclosures" ...
Suresh,
I just posted on another thread about my experience:
------
I refied with Chase in Oct 2009. When asked about the "condo Fidelity Bond Insurance," I copied (and faxed) the info provided by the HOA:
=======
This is what the Homeowner’s Association “2010 Budget Rules, Guidelines and Disclosures” states:
Policy # 600324733
Umbrella # 601657442
Building Structure Limit: $52,932,900.00
General Liability: $1,000,000
========
I avoided paying any fees to Peachtree.
Cheers!
