RV Parking on Seely Avenue Empty RV Parking on Seely Avenue

Over the past month there have been 2 RVs parking on Seely Avenue. Couple days ago I noticed a third RV parking next to each other. I totally understand the HOA has no control of this concern as they are parked on the city street. I'm hoping to get some assistance here in the forum to see if anyone knows if these RVs have violated the city parking regulations. Bottom line is I don't want to see our neighborhood being converted into a RV park, plus it's just odd to see several RVs parked at the same spot for a long period of time. Attached picture taken on 9/28/10.

I figured they belonged to Cadence employees who might have a long commute (e.g. to Tracy) and would sleep over during weekdays.

Use of Streets for Storage - SJMC 11.36.220
A vehicle may not be parked on the street for more than 72 hours without movement.
To report vehicles parked in excess of 72 hours on a public street contact:

Code Vehicle Abatement at (408) 277-5305.

2 of those used to live on Village Center Dr for some time. I had noticed they had moved recently to Seely. There is a code enforcement page on the city's site http://www.sanjoseca.gov/codeEnforcement/ that gives you info on how to file a complaint on the right, but I think they know they need to move them every 72 hours.
