Window Washers
Just wanted to say to the HOA Board, you did a great job in finding a professional group who did an excellent job in getting the windows washed in a timely manner.
Re: Window Washers
Yes, they really did a good job. Actually I forgot to close my windows (my bad), but they closed them for me for cleaning.
Also, I notice that our hot tub next to the pool finally functions normally!!! It was with bad smell last year and wasn't on after you pressed the button. Thank BOD for getting this work again.

Good to hear.
For those that haven't seen, the separate spa is being retiled and plastered. It took 4 or 5 months for the city to issue the permit.

Re: Window Washers
It seems that we will move forward with the interior hallway painting and new carpets, therefore the current carpets will not be cleaned.

Thanks Admin!
Errrrrr .... was a timeline mentioned? PERT chart? ... or just generalizations at this point?
Seriously, though, "many thanks!"

Timelines were not specifically discussed. Sadly, the way these things move, I would guess that we are talking in terms of months not weeks.
What makes it easier is that we will be using the same colors as the exteriors. We just need to determine what colors go where. We will start picking the carpet colors in the next meeting. We need to find something durable, that matches and looks good and doesn't show the sticky pods/seeds.
Re: Window Washers
Admin,
PLEASE!!! Something light! I'm afraid that with the current color scheme, they'd choose a dark brown carpet and chocolate/caramel two-tone walls with beige trim. We'll need more hallway lights if that is the case [/sarcasm].
Sorry ....... I know it's not your fault.
Cheers (honestly!)
