CC&Rs

In light of what has transpired regarding HOA policy violations by the owner of unit 102 at 475 Milan Dr I believe we need to have the CC&Rs in pdf format available to all residents. Over the years I have brought up this issue several times and now as a lesson learned we need the Board to take immediate action on this.

The CC&Rs should be made available to all who can login at the Peachtree website and for us be able to download it to our computers. It is also time for the CC&Rs to be updated as they are 20 years old. The one-time cost to have the CC&Rs in pdf will benefit the Board and all owners. The documents will have to scanned and then reviewed for errors as no OCR software is 100% accurate. I volunteer to be part of the review team to reduce costs. I suggest a review committee be assigned by the Board once we have the documents scanned. Hopefuly others will volunteer who are qualified. (I have experience as technical writer.)

I have a PDF copy of the CC&Rs if anyone wants a copy. It is not searchable but it still is a softcopy that you can store on your computer. I'll probably have to email it to the folks that want it because I am not sure if you can attach documents to these posts. Let me know.
