New 777 multi-family residences just around the corner?

I just recieved a Public Hearing Notice from the Planning Commission concerning the new 777 multi-family attached residences that they want to build on the SE corner of River Oaks Parkway and Seeley Avenue. Seemed very close to our complex and in my opinion would devalue our complex, not to mention the additional traffic this project would add onto River Oaks Parkway and Montague Expressway.

Any other concerns? Anyone going to the next Planning Commission Hearing scheduled for Wednesday, May 28th?

Do you mean the complex where Cadence is today? There have been at least 1 or 2 community meetings about it. Lots of residents showed up for the first one. Not sure about the others.

Have you seen this site? There are numerous projects going up around us.
