We still do not have the lights in the complex painted or replaced. This makes our community look shabby. I know that you been researching this since last summer and it is time to take care of business.

The short answer is we're trying. It's been like pulling teeth to get multiple bids for painting and replacement.

We just reviewed (yesterday) 3 bids for replacing the lights and 3 for repainting the lights. One was considerably cheaper. To the point where we were questioning whether they understood the scope of the project. We asked 2 of the vendors to come in so we can ask some questions in next months meeting. Sadly this stuff just drags on.
