Petalon - landscaping

Post  Admin on Fri May 09, 2008 2:27 am

We heard a complaint about our landscaping company during the board meeting today. Apparently there's a section between buildings that's bare with no grass and has been like this for years. Peachtree is checking into the matter to see if its been missed or whether there's a legitimate reason why the ground is in that condition. it could be cost, lack of sun or irrigation.

While I don't pay VERY close attention to the landscaping, I feel that our current landscaper is better than the previous ones and overall the complex looks better. I'm curious to hear other peoples thoughts.

take care!

Landscaping

I believe the current landscaping company does a much better job than the previous one. However the landscaping in the courtyards needs attention, parts of landscape area (at least in 450 Navaro Way) are bare since no new plants have been planted probably since they were first planted about 20 years ago: the soil needs to be overturned, new soil put in, and some of the plants uprooted and replanted.

I know this is something that the board should approve and pay the landscaping company to do.
