I recently discover there were few thefts in the area and one of them happen today ( May-6). I know our community is doing several maintenance services. To be on the safe side, can HOA post the exact schedule of their working hour + their finish date+ tasks. Thus, we as neighbors can keep an eye out for suspicious activities.

thanks!

Hi,

These thefts, are they in Villagio or in the surrounding area? I receive the crime reports newsletter and didn't see anything for Villagio except some domestic disturbance.

I'll get more specific information but we have the following going on...

Carpet cleaner - until May 8th (ATD)
Painters - Until July 15th (Ekim)
Deck repairs - May 29th (State Roofing)
Landscaping - ongoing (Pentalon)
Pool maintenance - ongoing (A&B)

The deck resurfacing (perhaps a more accurate description) is sorta done. They hit every building. The only issue is, certain decks were never cleared by the residents, so they couldn't do them. So now, we're going through the painful process of doing those decks where the homeowners are no where to be found. All together its about 12 decks.
