Good question, we didn't discuss it in the last meeting. In fact, I don't recall discussing it beyond that first time when the vendor recommended it. Another item for me to follow up on with Veronica tomorrow.

So I have an answer for you.

Apparantly the mats that the vendor was proposing were not flame retardant so the board decided not to pursue them.
